| 摘 要： | 目的:建立一种分析敌百虫、毒死蜱的分析方法;方法:采用正二十四烷为内标,三氯甲烷作溶剂,气象色谱电子捕获检测器检测器测定毒死蜱;敌百虫采用液相色谱分析;结果:本方法线性关系好、简便、快速、准确,适用于大批量工业化生产的定性和定量分析。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method of analysis an analysis of trichlorfon & chlorpyrifos;Methods:using n-tetracosane as internal standard,chloroform as solvent,Determination of chlorpyrifos by meteorological chromatography electron capture detector,Trichlorfon analyzed by liquid chromatography;Results:the method is linear,simple,rapid and accurate. It is suitable for qualitative and ration analysis in mass industrial production. |
