肥料中复硝酚钠的液相色谱分析

研究了肥料中复硝酚钠的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。使用ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-磷酸水溶液(pH=3.0)作为流动相,检测波长230nm,流速0.8m L/min,注温30℃,用外标法对肥料中的复硝酚钠进行分析和定量。在质量浓度范围为50-500μg/ml内,5-硝基邻甲氧基苯酚钠、对硝基苯酚钠和邻硝基苯酚钠的浓度与其峰面积呈线性关系,线性相关系数分别为0.9997、0.9995、0.9997,标准偏差分别为0.00097%、0.00228%、0.00072%,平均回收率分别为97.6%、91.8%、98.9%,变异系数分别为3.38%、3.41%、3.77%。

Liquid Chromatographic Analysis of Sodium Nitrophenolate Compound in Fertilizer

High-Performance Liquid chromatography method for the determination of sodium nitrophenolate compound including sodium 5-nitroguiacolate,sodium para-nitrophenolate and sodium ortho-nitrophenolate in fertilizer was studied. In the range of 50-500μg/ml,the linear realationships were found between the mass concentration of sodium nitrophenolate compound and its peak area value.The results shows that The linear correlation coefficient of sodium 5-nitroguiacolate,sodium para-nitrophenolate and sodium ortho-nitrophenolate was 0.9997,0.9995 and 0.9997 respectively,the standard deviation was 0.00097%,0.00228% and 0.00072%,the average recovery rate was 97.6%,91.8% and 98.9%,the coefficient of variation was 3.38%,3.41% and 3.77%.
