摘    要:为了降低造纸法再造烟叶抄造过程中排入污水系统的白水中COD总量,研究了造纸法再造烟叶浆料特性,同时采用动态滤水测定仪测定浆料的滤水特性及留着率,并结合Zeta电位测定仪测定浆料的电势,指导筛选出高效助留助滤剂,提高细小物质及胶体物质的留着率,降低白水中COD的含量。结果表明:壳聚糖的助留效果明显优于瓜尔胶,M2瓜尔胶的效果优于M1瓜尔胶,ZKJT-1、ZKJT-2、ZKJT-3壳聚糖的助留效果优于现用助留剂。这些结果为企业降低再造烟叶生产的水耗提供了技术支撑。

Study on Reducing COD of Whitewater from Paper-process Reconstituted Tobacco of Papermaking Process

Abstract:This paper in order to reduce the total amount of COD in whitewater discharged into the sewage system from paper-process reconstituted tobacco of papermaking process,and this paper studied the characteristics of paper-process reconstituted tobacco pulp,and measured the water filtration characteristics and filler retention rate of the pulp with dynamic water analyzer,and combining with the Zeta potential meter measuring pulp potential,and guiding screening effective retention and filtration agent,and improved tiny substance and colloid filler retention rate,and reduced the content of COD in whitewater. The results showed that the retention effect of chitosan was better than that of guar gum,and the effect of M2 guar gum was better than M1 guar gum,and the retention effect of ZKJT-1,ZKJT-2 and ZKJT-3 chitosan were better than that of the present retention agent. These results provide technical support for enterprises to reduce the water consumption of paper-process reconstituted tobacco.
