软锰矿辅助含砷难处理金矿生物预氧化工艺过程分析

摘    要:将软锰矿加入到含砷难处理金矿微生物浸出过程中,考察了p H值、矿浆浓度和接菌浓度对软锰矿辅助含砷难处理金矿生物预氧化过程的影响。结果表明,加入软锰矿辅助微生物浸出后可以显著提升含砷金矿中砷的浸出速率和浸出率,经过96 h生物预氧化后,砷浸出率可以达到90%以上。软锰矿的加入使得溶液中As O-2转化为H2As O-4,降低了微生物浸出过程中砷对微生物的毒性。

Abstract:Pyrolusite was added to the bioleaching process of refractory gold ore containing arsenic and the effects of pH, pulp concentration and inoculum concentration on the biological preoxidation were investigated with pyrolusite added in the bioleaching. The results show that pyrolusite added can significantly improve the As leaching rate and leaching efficiency from the refractory gold ore more than 15% compared with direct bioleaching. After 96 hours of biological pre oxidation, the leaching efficiency of As i from the refractory gold ore reached more than 90%. The addition of pyrolusite made the AsO2-oxidized to H2AsO4- and the toxicity of As was reduced during the bioleaching process.
