HLC-GMS特种抗冲耐磨聚合物钢纤维砂浆的性能研究

摘    要:利用丙烯酸酯共聚乳胶粉与超微细粉、超细钢纤维、高性能减水剂和特种骨料与水泥经特种工艺复合而成的HLC-GMS特种抗冲耐磨聚合物钢纤维砂浆具有高强、高抗冲磨、高黏结性能,砂浆28 d抗压强度大于100 MPa,抗折强度大于20 MPa,抗冲磨强度大于20 h(/kg/m2)(钢球法),抗拉强度大于7 MPa,是水工建筑物过流面防护和修补缺陷的新型高性能抗冲耐磨材料。

Abstract:Use of polyacrylate emulsion powder and superfine powder,super fine steel fiber,high performance water reducing agent and special aggregate and cement the special process of the compound and into HLC-GMS abrasion-resisting polymer steel fiber mortar has high strength,high abrasion-resisting,high adhesive performance,28 d mortar compressive strength greater than 100 MPa,the flexural strength more than 20 MPa,anti-abrasion strength more than 20 h/(kg/m2)(steel ball method),tensile strength greater than 7 MPa,it is the hydraulic structures flow surface protection and repair the defect of the new high performance erosion-resisting wear-resisting material.
