焊接电弧电信号滤波方法的选用

摘    要:由于噪声的存在,会使测试分析系统所采集到的焊接电弧电信号的数据误差增大,数据的精确程度会受到干扰而发生变化。情况严重时会影响二次处理的结果,因此应采取有效措施滤除信号中的噪声。本文介绍了多种软硬件滤波方法,并具体介绍了小波滤波方法,因小波滤波可使原始信号的失真较小。故可选择小波滤波作为焊接电弧电信号采集与预处理的主要滤波方法。

Abstract:Welding arc data error of signal collected will be increased by the existence of noise. Accurate degree of data will be interfered and change. Because the result of data treatment will be influenced when the situation being serious, the signal of noise must be filtered by means of the effective measures. In this paper, many kinds of method about the software and hardware filter and the wavelet filter are detailed introduction. The wavelet filter can decrease the distorted of primitive signal. So it can be used as the mainly filter method in the data collected and pre-treated of welding arc electric signal.
