摘 要: | 针对目前人机布局优化问题人机约束多、无算法,提出了一种符合人机特性的蚁群算法。为了将人机约束考虑在布局优化设计中,本文以载人潜水器主控制台的布局优化为例,采用层次分析法对主控制台人机特性定量分析,在此基础上结合蚁群算法进行主控台布局优化设计,并使用JACK软件模拟比较。结果证明:文中提出的符合人机特性的蚁群算法能够将人机约束和算法结合,从而得出符合人机约束的布局设计,提高操作员的工作舒适度。这种算法也能够广泛地用于其它人机环境的布局优化设计中。

Ant Colony Algorithm for Human-machine Layout Optimization |

Abstract: | The idea of combining the human-machine constraints with ant colony algorithm is applied to solve the problem of human-machine layout optimization in the case of many human-machine constraints and no special effective algorithm.Using the optimized layout design of the manned submarine master console as an example,this paper applies analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to quantitative analysis of human-machine constraints in the deep manned submersible master console.Then an optimized layout design is provided,combined ant colony optimization.Finally,the optimized layout design scheme is improved by the comparison of the original layout design in JACK simulation.The study results demonstrate that this algorithm can meet human-machine constraints and improve work comfort.From this research work,this method has great reference value to other human-machine layout optimization. |
