汽车发动机用起动器的驱动与传动方式合理性探讨

摘    要:简介了中国汽车工业近几年的发展状况,指出开展汽车用关键部件-汽车发动机起动器新产品开发的必要性和迫切性。明确了汽车发动机用起动器应完成的功能,简介了其基本工作原理与分类。主要对传统的直流有刷电动式、汽油式、压缩空气式等几种起动器的工作原理、基本结构及其特点进行了论述;构造出一种低速大扭矩电机直驱式起动器,简介了其工作原理及特点,明确指出这种直驱式一体化起动器将成为今后的主要发展方向。

The Rationality of Transmission and Driving Mode in Automobile Engine Starter
Abstract:The development of the China′s automotive industry in recent years was simply introduced and the necessity and urgency for the new product development of the key part of car-automobile engine starter was pointed out.After the introduction of the basic working principle and classification,the function which should be completed by the automobile engine starter was definited.For several types of tranditional starters: brush DC motor type,gasoline type,compressed air type,the working principle,basic structure and their characteristics were decomposed in detail.Then a direct driving type starter with low-speed and big torque motor was proposed and its working principle and characteristics were mainly decsribed.Hence,to explicitly point out that this kind of direct driving type starter with integrated structure will become the main direction in the future.
