摘    要:中国传统餐饮具有悠久的历史,丰富的文化内涵;具有巨大的无形价值和天然的品牌优势.然而,随着社会的发展,许多传统餐饮企业却面临着经营困难,甚至破产的尴尬.通过对中国传统餐饮企业经营现状的调查和分析,开发出一套适合中国传统餐饮企业的营销模式及实施策略.

Abstract:China has a long history of traditional food,rich cultural connotations;has enormous intangible value and natural brand.With the development of society,many traditional food companies are facing operational difficulties or even bankruptcy of embarrassment.Based on the tradition of catering enterprises in Chinese survey and analysis,develop a suitable experience of catering enterprises in Chinese traditional marketing model and implementation strategy.
