摘    要:介绍以山楂枸杞为原料生产山楂枸杞酒精发酵饮料,着重研究了山楂枸杞酒精发酵饮料生产工艺的最佳配比、澄清剂的最佳用量等。

Abstract:The production of fermented drink of hawthorn and medlar was introdueed using hawthorn and medlar as raw materials.It was put great emphasis on researching the optimal ratio of process of production,optimal using of the elarifier and so on.
