中原油田文23气田腐蚀因素与防护技术研究

摘    要:全面分析了文23气田产出气和水的组分,摸清了主要腐蚀因素及规律,针对性地研究了油溶型和水溶型缓蚀剂的性能,选择效果好的缓蚀剂进行了现场试验,监测结果表明,缓蚀剂能效地减缓气田腐蚀,缓蚀率最高达90%以上。

Abstract:The components of the products (gas and water) from Wen-23 gas field were analysed. A corrosion index from the bottom/mouth/ground of the gas well was obtained. The performance of the oil-soluble and water-soluble inhibtors was studied. Some inhibitors have been used in the gas field. The best inhibition efficiency is higher than 90%.
