摘    要:采用三维荧光指纹光谱技术对成都沙河的溶解性有机物(DOM)进行采样监测。结果表明,沙河水体中共检测到5个明显的荧光峰,分别为高、低激发波长类色氨酸荧光峰、类酪氨酸荧光峰和2个紫外腐殖质荧光峰,荧光峰T1(Ex/Em225/335nm),A1(Ex/Em225/415nm)和A2(Ex/Em250/410nm)出现在整个调查河流中;荧光峰T2(Ex/Em275/300nm)出现在大部分河段,在下游其强度明显增强,高激发波长类色氨酸荧光峰T1’(Ex/Em275/335nm)只出现在下游水样中。在中下游的部分河段出现了很强的T1,T1’T2,A1,A2荧光峰,某些河段污水偷排现象严重。

Abstract:Fluorescence fingerprint technique was used to characterize dissolved organic matters(DOM) in ShaHe river of ChengDu.The results showed that two types of DOM fluorescence signals were observed in river water : a humic-like fluorescence and a protein-like fluo- rescence. The protein-like fluorescence is composed of tyrosine-like fluorescence and tryptophan-like fluorescence. There are two typital humic-like fluorescence peaks A1 with Ex/Em225/415nm and A2 with Ex/Em250/410nm. A very strong tryptophan-like fluorescence peak T1 with Ex/Em225/335nm was observed, its fluorescence intensity is becoming stronger all along the river. All above three peaks appeared in all surveyed area. A tyrosine-like fluorescence peak T2 with Ex/Em275/300nm and a typital tryptophan-like fluorescence only appeared in some down rivers. Because of the extreme discharging of the pollution, that it appears very Strong fluorescence peak T1, TI' ,T2, A1 and A2 in some areas of the rivers
