陶瓷管少氧化加热炉节能的潜力

摘    要:通过对炉子的热效率的研究,推出了研究加热设备节能潜力的数学方法,运用该法对陶瓷管少氧化加热炉(简称CT炉)节能潜力进行了评定。进而根据CT炉热平衡试验和对节能因素原则的分析提出了提高CT炉节能潜力的措施。

Abstract:In this paper, the methematical method of energy-saving potential evaluation has been dsrived by the study of furnace thermal efficiency. Applying this method, the energy-savig potential of a ceramic tube and less-oxidatien heating furnace (CT furnace) is evaluated. Through the thermal balance experiment of the CT furnace and analysis of five factors on energy-saving, this paper provides measures for improving the energy-saving potential of CT furnaces.
