铜快速-开路优先浮选永平铜矿石的试验研究

摘    要:永平铜矿矿石经过一段磨矿,铜矿物单体解离度可达到80%~85%,以高效选择性铜捕收剂EXP对已单体解离的粗粒铜矿物采用快速浮选技术对其进行早收,同时依靠EXP特殊作用实现铜的开路优先浮选,并分离浮选出硫品位较低的硫精矿。采用开路的流程结构,避免了在中矿循环中使硫受到强烈抑制,从而提高硫的回收率。铜快速-开路优先浮选流程获得较好试验指标,已在现场完成了适应性验证试验,达到预期效果,有望获得工业应用。

Abstract:After primary grinding of ores in Yongping Copper Mine, liberation rate of copper minerals reaches 80% to 85%,which could be collected quickly by using high selective collector EXP,meanwhile selective flotation with open -circuit was introduced to achieve selection of low -grade pyrite-con-centrate I and improve S recovery and to avoid S from being heavily depressed when middlings is circulating. Cu quick selective flotation with open - circuit has achieved ideal lab - trial targets and adaptability validation trial has achieved expected results to be hopefully applied in industrial purpose.
