湿压缩状态下轴流压气机的瞬变特性研究

摘    要:考虑湿压缩的影响,结合混合室、加力燃烧室、主燃烧室和外涵道的容积效应,建立了混排涡扇发动机的全状态数学模型。以减速过程为例进行了仿真计算,结果表明:湿压缩降低了发动机进口气流温度,增加了发动机的流量,降低了发动机的压缩功,扩大了低压压气机和高压压气机的喘振裕度,因此,提高了压缩系统和发动机的工作稳定性和性能。

Abstract:In consideration of the influence of wet compression and the volume effects of mixing rooms, afterburners, eombustors and outlet ducts as well as the modulation of variable geometry channels, the whole status dynamic mathematical model for a turbofan engine is established. Simulation calculation is conducted by taking deceleration process for example. The results show that wet compression has reduced the temperature of intake air flow of the engine, increased its air flow volume, lowered down its compression work, and augmented the surge margin between low pressure compressors and high pressure compressors, thus improving the work stability and performance of a compressor system and its engine.
