| 摘 要： | 边缘检测是图像处理中的重要环节。针对半导体器件视觉检测中的实际需要，使用C语言编写处理程序，应用几种经典的边缘检测算子对一幅半导体图像的管脚区域进行检测，并对实验结果进行比较，结果表明，Prewitt算子能够快速的提取出边缘，满足实际需要。

| Abstract: | Edge detection is essential in image processing.This paper introduced several classical operators of edge detection and programmed with the C language to detect the region of pins in a semiconductor's image,based on the requirement of the semiconductor vision detection.Then,the result was discussed,and the Prewitt operator was proved its practicality and speediness. |
