| Abstract: | The building was a typical structure built in the late ninteen fifties.After on-the-spot investigation and testing, the structure was seismic appraised according to the relevant data and technical specification.Some seismic strengthening measures was put forward on the basis of seismic appraised result.It provided an example for similar projects. |
