快速判断板坯连铸机双缸式结晶器液压振动指标

结晶器液压振动在板坯连铸生产中具有重要的作用。传统检测装置在线检测振动参数难度比较大。本文通过示波器检测,计算结晶器液压振动装置的位移、振幅、相位差等参数,对振动系统的振动状态进行研究,并与专业检测机构的检测结果进行了对比。结果表明,可利用示波器对结晶器液压振动进行分析,为双缸式结晶器液压振动状态的检测与评价找到了一种简单而快捷的方法。
