摘    要:用激光表面强化技术对70Mn2Mo铸钢热轧辊进行了硬化处理得到细化的马氏体组织,硬度由原始组织的200-300HV提高到920HV,硬化层深度达0.6mm,高温回火后,硬度及淬硬层仍分别保持在430HV和0.4mm以上,表明其具有良好的抗回火性能。

Abstract:The fine martensite could be gained in 70Mn2Mo cast steel roller by laser strengthening.The microhardness and hardened depth of the roll can reach 920HV and 0 6mm respectively.After tempering at high temperature,the hardness and the hardened depth can be maintained above 430HV and 0 4mm respectively.It is showed that the laser treated rollers possess good tempering resistance.
