| 摘 要： | 一般来说，人才培养模式受社会政治、经济、文化条件制约，不同时期有着不同的人才培养模式。文章阐述了建筑工程专业(大专)实用型人才的智力结构、培养的目标模式，提出了教学模式的改革思路及其教学体系的优化。
