利用分形维数提取铝合金点焊过程中电压信号特征量

针对铝合金点焊过程中电压信号的非线性特点，从分形理论出发，首次尝试利用盒维数作为特征量对点焊质量进行定量描述。试验与计算结果对比表明，对不同点焊质量下的电压参数进行检测与盒维数计算，其结果明显不同，这辩明以盒维数作为特征量能够有效反映点焊质量的变化。因此，利用分形维数方法提取点焊过程中信号的特征量为检测点焊质量提供了一种新途径，同时对其他焊接方法中的信号分析与处理也有较高的参考价值。

Characteristic parameter extraction of voltage signal during aluminum alloy spot welding using fractal dimension

According to the non-linear character of voltage signal during aluminum alloy spot welding,the nugget quality is quantitatively described by using the Box Counting Dimension as the characteristic parameter for the first time.The results indicate that the Fractal Dimensions are obviously different when the welding parameters changed and that the Box Counting Dimension as the characteristic parameter can effectively reflect the quality of nuggets.A new method is provided to accurately describe quality parameters of spot welding and can be of great help for signal analysis and processing of other welding methods.
