| 摘 要： | 叙述了以成本为主的输电服务定价的几种模式及各模式下的典型方法,也提到了这些模式及方法在运用时是如何提高经济效率的.需要指出的是,输电服务定价是与输电服务费用不同的,除了输电服务费用外,输电服务定价还应考虑环境与经济效率的因素,例如如何降低成本满足用户的需求;怎样定价才能激励输电服务的进行.输电服务定价目的在于制定出的输电服务价格在提高了经济效率的同时,也满足用户及电网公司双方的共同利益.

| Abstract: | The cost based pricing of various modes of transmission service,typical methodologies for corresponding modes and the enhancement of economic efficiency in application of the modes and methodologies are described.It is necessary to point out that transmission service price is different from transmission fee.In addition to the service fee,the transmission pricing has further to consider the factors of environment and economic efficiency.For example,how to reduce the cost to meet the customer's need and work out a suitable price to encourage the progress of transmission service.The purpose of transmission service pricing is to work out a best price that will both enhance the economic efficenicy and satisfy the common benifit of the customers and power grid compaines. |
