| 摘 要： | 自贡鸿鹤化工总厂１５０ｋｔ／ａ（２０ｔ／ｈ＿挤压法重质纯碱装置是引进日本细川密克阴集团德国Ｂｅｐｅｘ公司技术建成的我国第一套挤压法重质纯碱装置，也是同等生产规模世界第二套Ｂｅｐｅｘ公司的纯碱挤压装置。介绍自贡鸿鹤化工挤压法重质纯碱的工艺流程、化工单元组合、引进主要设备的工作原理、布置特点、试车及技术改进情况。对以轻质纯碱为原料生产重质纯碱常采用的固相水合法与挤奈中工艺路线简单地进行技术经济比较。可

| Abstract: | 150 kt/a (20 t/h) heavy sodium carbonate through extrusion plant of Zigong Honghe chemical general factory in which bepex company technology of Germany has been imported is the first plant of that kind in China and also is the second same scale bepex technology plant in the world. The paper describes the its process,combination of chemical unit,operation principle of main imported equipment,arrangement character .commissioning and technical revamp situation, Technology and economy of two processes of solid phase hydration and extrusion from light sodium carbonate were compared. It is showed that heavy sodium carbonate through extrusion is the only bulk materials handling process without any chemical reaction and is better than that of solid phase hydration in the aspect of process, power consumption and technical performance. |
