基于网络教学质量综合评价系统的设计与实现

现在的教学质量评价系统中尚存在着一些问题,其中主要的问题是评价材料一般都由评价人员将评价表分发给评价人,然后收回评价表进行统计,评价结果基本上以书面通知发给系部,所以评价工作量大,费用高,耗时长、浪费人力资源,导致评价效率低。另外评价工作难以经常化,评价指标权重的确定缺乏科学性等等,研究的目的,就是要力图改变这种现状,实现教学质量评估的高效化、网络化、智能化。

Research and Design of Teaching Quliality Evaluation System Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

It still exists a number of problems in the current evaluation system of teaching quality,the main problem Usually the evaluation table is send to the evaluators by evaluators and then recovered by evaluators.The results of evaluation,which written in the paper,are send to the Department of the Ministry.The proccess wastes a large number of working,time,human resource,so it is in low efficiency.The purpose of this paper is trying to change this situation,realize the evaluation of educational quality efficiency,networking and intelligent.
