| 摘 要： | 在永磁无刷电动机的工作原理和结构特点基础上,分析了无槽永磁无刷电动机的结构及工艺的特殊性;采用等效磁路法对250 W典型样机进行了电磁设计及结构设计,进行了样机试制;通过对试制样机的测试,得出该电机的实验数据及特性曲线,经过与理论设计值比较,验证理论分析的正确性。

| Abstract: | On the base of introducing BLDCM principle and structure characteristic,the particularity of a slotless BLDCM was analyzed;Then with equivalent magnetic circuit method,the electromagnetism and structure design of a 250W sample were accomplished;by testing the sample,the experiment results and the characteristic curves were brought comparison with theory date,the proposed method was validated. |
