摘    要:以研究油井压裂液进入多功能组合油气处理装置后破乳剂优选为目的,对新型原油破乳剂性能及质量浓度对破乳效果进行现场试验.评价结果表明新型破乳剂加药浓度低且破乳效果显著,能够抵抗住压裂措施对系统的冲击,取得了,较好综合效益稳,具有较好推广应用前景.

Abstract:To select suitable demulsifier after the fracturing fluid into the multifimctional oil and gas processing tank, a field test was carried out to detect the emulsion breaking effect of a new crude oil demulsifier and to select the optimal concentration of the new demulsifler. The results show that the demulsifier with low concentration can have a remarkable emulsion breaking effect,and can eliminate the impact of fracturing fluid. Good comprehensive benefit has been gained by using the demulsifier, so the new demulsifier has good application prospect.
