摘    要:采用电化学方法和原子力显微镜技术研究了六次甲基四胺(HMTA)在盐酸介质中对碳钢的缓蚀行为.结果表明:HMTA对碳钢具有较好的缓蚀作用,是一种混合型的缓蚀剂.随着HMTA浓度的增加,缓蚀效率明显增加;在50℃时遵循Langmuir's等温吸附模型,表面吸附能△Gads<0,吸附过程可以自发进行;原子力显微镜分析则表明,...

Abstract:Inhibiting behavior of hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) on carbon steel in HCl was studied by electrochemistry and AFM. The results indicate that HMTA can be adsorbed on surface of the metal and reduce corrosion rate, which is a mixed-type inhibitor; Inhibition efficiency (In) increases with increasing of HMTA concentration. Adsorption follows the Langmuir isotherm at 50℃ and surface adsorption energy (AGads) is negative value, so the adsorption process can occur automatically. AFM analysis shows that HMTA can affect the surface roughness and protect metal.
