摘    要:为提高湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)中脱硫剂石灰石的脱硫效率,本实验采用自制微型化仿真喷淋式烟气脱硫实验装置研究了表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/十二烷基磺基甜菜碱(DSB)复配作为添加剂对石灰石脱硫性能的影响.实验结果表明:复合添加剂最佳组成为SDS:DSB=3:2+Na2SO4(0.01 mol/L).当石灰石脱硫液...

Abstract:To improve desulfurization efficiency of limestone in the wet flue gas desulfiarization (WFGD), effect of the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) / dodecyl sulfobetaine (DSB) composite additive on limestone desulfurization agent were studied with self-made micro-simulation spraying type FGD apparatus. The results show that : optimum additive composition : SDS/DSB3 : 2+Na2SO4 (0.01 mol/L) . When the new composite additive is up to 10 mmol/L, solubility of limestone is the highest, it increases about 9 times than those without additive; desulfurization efficiency increases by 5% and up to 93%; it buffers the slurry pH well. The experiment has practical value on industrial application of WFGD.
