摘    要:应用光的干沙、衍射、偏振等原理来测量位移、转角、速度、角速度等许多物理量时,光源输出光强的起伏和光在传输过程中能量耗散的不规则变化使测量误差增大。用分束镜分出一束参考光以监测进入测试系统的入射光强变化情况,并用光电转换器将讯号光和参考光转换成电压信号V_1和V_2,用除法器相除求出其商V_0=V_1/V_2,在相除过程中就“除”掉了上述干扰,使信号恢复其本来面目。

Abstract:When some optical principles such as the interference, diffraction and polarization of light are used to measure physical quantities such as displacement rotational angle velocity and angular velocity, the errors of measurement are increased due to the undulation of the output intensity of light from the light source and the irregular change of the energy dissipa- tion during the transmission. If the change of the intensity of the incident light entering the measuring and testing system is monitored by a beam of reference light which is separated from the incident light by utilizing a spectroscope,the message and the reference light are transformed into voltage signals V_1 and V_2 by a photodetector, the quotient of two signals V_0=V_1/V_2 can be got by a divider. Then, the interference mentioned above is being eliminated in the process of divid- ing. So the signal is resumed to its true colours.
