| 摘 要： | 在吸收FID IC(土木工程施工合同条件)精华和总结21世纪以来我国建设工程推行施工合同的实践经验的基础上,提出了修订并完善我国《建设工程施工合同(示范文本)》的必要性、目的、思路及修订的重点等。这对于完善我国《建设工程施工合同(示范文本)》,推动我国建设事业的健康、协调和可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | On the basis of absorbing essence of FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction and summarizing the practical experience in last century acquired during the implementation of the construction contract,the essay puts forward specific suggestion in revising and perfecting the Sample of PRC's Civil Engineering Contracts for Construction of the necessity,purpose,train of thought and emendatory point etc.The basic contents and research achievements of the essay have the important realistic meaning and functions in perfecting the Sample of PRC's Civil Engineering Contracts,and pushing construction business in our country to develop healthily,in phase and steadily. |
