摘    要:北塘36-1-1井是胜利油田在北塘凹陷BT36-1-1构造高点上打的一口预探井,井深4000m,地层十分复杂。该井在2000m以上井段采用低密度、低粘度、低切力的钻井液技术;在2000—2851m井段采用XC生物聚合物提高钻井液的携岩能力和造壁性能;在2851m以下井段严格控制钻井液的高温高压滤失量小于20mL。结果表明,不同井段的钻井液配方及现场维护处理措施满足了北塘36-1-1井钻井施工的要求。

Abstract:Well BT 36-1-1 is a 4000 m exploration well located on the top of BT sag, formation is very complicated. Drilling fluid design and field maintenance in different interval is introduced. Drilling fluid system with low density, low viscosity and low shearing force is applied in the top 2000 m; XC biological polymer is used in the 2000-2851 m interval to improve cuttings transportation and wall building property; HTHP fluid loss is controled below 20 mL under 2851 m by adding mud additives.
