压电机敏混凝土原理

摘    要:将压电元件埋入混凝土构件中,形成敏感网络,可以无源、主动、不间断在线监测混凝土工程结构的动态特性。为了同时实现对结构静特性的监测,用相同的压电元在电激励下产生声振动,声波在结构中传播,结构的静、动态特性都将调制声传播,其他的压电元将声信号转换成电信信号输出。压电机敏混凝土技术,充分利用了压电特性。可以实现结构的在线、不间断、主动及无源监测,解决了土木工程结构监测中空间大范围分布、时效性、能耗的要求。

Abstract:It is possible to actively and continuously detect the dynamic characteristics of the structure in a long term by embedding piezoelectric devices into concrete structures without any power supply.To fulfill the detection of static performances by the same sensing network,some (or a) devices are used as acoustic sources excited by alternating electric signal to generate acoustic vibration within the structure.The acoustic wave propagates in the structure and both the dynamic and static properties of the structure will modulate the wave.The rest of the piezoelectric devices still function as sensors to pick up the acoustic wave and convert it into electric signal.This paper introduces the technology of smart concrete based on piezoelectricity and its realization.
