| 摘 要： | 灯泡式水轮发电机轮毂和辐板间承受很大的脉动载荷,在长期运行中,偶有裂纹等缺陷产生.本文针对该处裂纹提供了详细的补焊工艺方案,探讨了水轮发电机组中较大裂纹的修补工艺,为今后类似结构的缺陷现场修焊提供了参考依据.

| Abstract: | There are considerable pulsating stresses between the hub and rib plate of rotor spider in bulb hydrogenerator. So some defects such as cracks would occur during long-time operation of the unit. This article describes the remedy process for the defects and analyzes the welding procedure of the fatal cracking in the generator in detail, so as to provide a reference method of repairing defects for the similar structure comoonent on site in the future. |
