摘    要:静电陀螺仪是目前世界上最高精度的惯性器件.实心转子是静电陀螺仪的核心元件,转子球体的面轮廓度是产生静电干扰力矩的根本原因,直接影响静电陀螺仪的精度,是产生静电陀螺仪漂移的主要原因.通过对实心转子静电陀螺仪的转子变形进行分析,确定了铍材是作为静电陀螺仪转子的最佳材料.同时,设计了实心转子的2种结构方案,并利用有限元软件对两种结构方案的转子离心变形、温度变形、压力变形和综合变形做了分析,对实心转子静电陀螺仪转子的研制具有重要的理论指导意义.

Abstract:At present, the electrostatic suspended gyroscope (ESG) is the most precise inertia instrument in the world. The solid rotor is the key element of ESG. The basic reason for static moment lies in the profile accuracy of the rotor's surface, which may affect the precision of ESG. It is also the main reason for ESG excursion. On the basis of analysis of solid rotor distortion in ESG, beryllium can be recognized as the best material for the rotor of ESG. Here, two kinds of framework projects were designed, and the centrifugal distortion, temperature deformation, pressure distortion, and synthesis distortion of the rotor in the two projects were analyzed by finite element software. It is important to the research and manufacture of solid rotor ESG.
