内沟槽环件辗压成形工艺模拟研究

摘    要:针对异形截面环件壁薄、断面形状较复杂的特点,可用辗压工艺成形内沟槽环件。利用有限元数值模拟技术,研究了辗压过程中金属变形流动特点、成形规律等,并分析了轧制孔型、摩擦因数、进给速度对成形效果的影响。结果表明:采用辗压成形内沟槽环件,工艺过程简单;轧制孔型、摩擦因数对成形效果影响较大。

Abstract:Because of the peculiarities of special-shaped cross-section ring such as thin wall,complex cross-section shape,ring rolling method was adopted in order to form inside groove rings.Using the finite element numerical simulation technology,metal deforming flow characteristics and forming law were researched.Then the influences of rolling groove,friction factor and feeding speed to the forming effect were analyzed.The result shows that using ring rolling to form inside grooved rings can make the process simple.Rolling groove and friction factor have great influence on forming effect.
