摘    要:通过采用多种对油品理化性能及电气性能的测试手段,结合红外光谱(FTIR)及气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)等化学结构及成分分析技术,对国产优质十二烷基苯绝缘油与进口油品进行综合比对试验研究与分析;根据可能的运行情况,按照不同配比将国产油与进口油进行混油及老化试验,测定老化前后的混合油的物理、化学、电气特性,以此考察国产油的性能是否能够达到与进口油相当的水平,以及混合油是否能满足500 kV充油电缆用油的质量要求,从而评估国产绝缘油混合替代500 kV海缆进口绝缘油的可行性。

Abstract:A comprehensive study on application of homemade insulation oil is presented. By means of physieul and ehemieul methods, associated with the fourier transform itffrared speetrmn (FTIR) and gas chromatography-mass speetromett7 (GC-MS) technique, the comprehensive examination were performed on the homemade oil, foreign oil and the mixture of the homemade and foreign oil at different ratio according to practical case before and after aging. By contrast the test results of physical, ehemieul and electrical characteristic, the estimation can be made out that whether homemade oil has the equiwlent or better quulity than foreign oil.
