摘    要:为了实现自由规程轧制,结合鞍钢2150ASP流程的工艺特点,开发了粗轧机辊形配置技术、精轧机辊形及板形控制模型配置技术、支持辊润滑系统及夹送辊润滑系统。这些有利于自由规程轧制的技术应用于2150ASP生产线后,在提高热直装率、延长换辊周期及同宽轧制公里数、改善产品板形质量等方面均取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:In order to realize the schedule-free rolling technology, considering the process characteristics of 2150ASP production line in Angang, the respective configuration technologies of rough mill roll contour, finishing mills roll contour and shape control models, lubrication systems of backup roll and pinch roll have been developed. All these technologies have been used on 2150ASP, and good results are achieved on increasing the direct hot-charging rate, prolonging the strip, improving strip profile and flatness
