| Abstract: | The significance and composition elements of urban design in residential districts are introduced. Based upon analysis of the origin ofurban design the application of urban design in residential district planning is elaborated from planning layout,traffic, landscape environmentand other aspect in Qrder to promote orderization of architecture design and improve dwelling environment. |
