| 摘 要： | 文童分析了缺少信息技术支持的村镇体系规划方法及规划成果的局限性；研究了结合规划编制建立基于GIS的管理信息系统的必要性和可行性；初步建立了湖南省安化县数字县域系统；探讨了数字县域系统对规划编制和规划管理的支持功能。
