摘    要:本文认为当前房地产经济发展的问题实质上根源于三类利益主体——即政府、开发商、消费者之间的利益冲突。本文以这三类利益主体为研究对象,分析三类利益主体的两两外部关系和自我内部关系。希望从中构建利于政策调整的新思路,协调各主体之间利益关系,谋求房地产经济的良性发展。

Abstract:It is believed that the current real estate economic development rooted in its essence, the conflicts among the three types of interest groups, including government, developers, consumer .The paper take the three types of interest groups as the study Object, and analysis the external and internal relations among themselves,in order to build the new adjustments policy ideas, coordinate the relations among the three types of interest groups, and promote the sound development of real estate economy.
