摘    要:烟气轮机运行工况恶劣,催化剂易在烟气轮机上沉积结垢,造成烟气轮机轴振动超标,通过对此类振动成因分析,提出了调整烟气轮机负荷、轮盘冷却蒸汽、密封蒸汽及烟气温度的方案,保证烟气轮机长周期安全运行。

Abstract:Since flue gas turbine-expander always operates under the severe service condi- tion, catalyst is easy settled down and fouled on flue gas turbine-expander that may create serious vibration on its shaft. So the schemes of adjusting flue gas turbine ?expander load, disc cooling steam, sealing steam and flue gas temperature are put forward in accordance with the reason analysis on this kind of vibration, which is possible to ensure the long-term and safe operation of flue gas turbine-expander.
