细长液压缸稳定性校核的新方法

摘    要:目的寻找一种细长液压缸稳定性校核精确解超越方程的近似计算公式且易于使用方法.方法利用台劳级数,把液压缸稳定性校核精确解超越方程的各项在较为理想的点展开,去掉其高阶项,仅保留一次项,得到方程的近似解,并证明其安全性.比较了计算结果.结果通过对实践中一些细长液压缸进行的实例计算,在分析精确解超越方程的基础上,得到了液压缸稳定性校核精确解超越方程近似解的计算方法,并且对其近似解的安全性加以详细的证明.结论细长液压缸稳定性校核精确解超越方程的近似解与其精确解的误差较目前传统使用的计算方法小得多,且计算公式简单,可以人工手算,具有安全性.

Abstract:In this paper,a new method about stability check of the slightness hydraulic cylinder is worked out.In general the precise calculating method of stability check of the slightness hydraulic cylinder is an outdo equation.An analytic formula can not be worked out and it is not easily applied in hydraulic cylinder design.An approximate calculating method of the outdo equation is worked out by THALER series of the outdo equation in a good point.Its security of calculating result of the approximate calculate method is proved and some calculating results of stability check of some hydraulic cylinders is worked out by the approximate calculating method and general calculating method.
