摘    要:用全浸泡腐蚀试验测定转化膜的平均腐蚀速率,研究了多种预处理工艺对AZ91D镁合金锡酸盐转化膜耐腐蚀性能的影响;用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析仪等分析了AZ91D镁合金锡酸盐转化膜的形貌特征及相结构。结果表明:先用磷酸酸洗,再用氢氧化钠、磷酸三钠、碳酸钠溶液碱洗的预处理方案得到的转化膜耐腐蚀性能最优。
