巨斑状花岗岩条件下TBM大直径盘形滚刀磨耗规律

摘    要:以我国首次采用20英寸滚刀的东北某特长隧道TBM工程为背景,基于8.5 m直径TBM现场实际掘进4 167 m获取的刀具磨耗数据,对刀盘不同刀位刀具磨损规律以及刀具磨损与围岩特征的相关性进行了研究,结果表明:从刀盘中心到边缘的刀位不同,刀具磨损速度总体呈现增加的趋势;在抗压强度80~130 MPa巨斑状花岗岩条件下,面刀每延米磨损量为0.025 mm,每把面刀可掘进长度634 m;刀具磨损与围岩类别及磨蚀性存在很大相关性,随着围岩节理裂隙增多和岩石磨蚀指数降低,刀具磨损和消耗明显下降。


Wear and consumption of large diameter disc cutters for hard rock TBM under giant porphyritic granite
Abstract:In a 8.5 m diameter long tunnel excavated by hard rock TBM using 20"(508 mm) disc cutters at the first time in China,a large number of cutter wear data recorded daily on the job site were acquired during 4 167 m advance.Based on these data,the law of disc cutter wear in different cutter positions and the correlation of cutter wear with rock conditions were studied.Under the giant porphyritic granite with rock compressive strength 80-130 MPa,it was shown that in general tendency with the distance increase from the center of cutterhead the rate of cutter wear was increased;the average face cutter wear was 0.025 mm per meter advance and average 634 m advance could be achieved before face cutter change.The diagram and formula were given,which showed that the cutter wear rate had strong relationship with different rocks and rock CAI.The cutter wear rate decreased rapidly with the increase of rock joints number and the CAI decrease.
