多级架桥暂堵储层保护技术及其应用效果评价——以四川盆地磨溪-高石梯构造龙王庙组储层为例

摘    要:四川盆地磨溪-高石梯构造下寒武统龙王庙组储层具有巨大的开发潜力,属于裂隙-孔隙型储层,已有的研究成果表明,该类型储层容易受到碱敏、水锁及固相粒子的损害。为此,在对磨溪-高石梯构造龙王庙组储层特征分析基础上,评价了龙王庙组储层潜在损害因素:水敏、碱敏、速敏、应力敏感,并依据孔喉渗透率贡献率的多峰分布理论,提出了多级架桥屏蔽暂堵储层保护技术。通过室内实验优选出了多级架桥暂堵钻井完井液配方,评价了加入多级架桥暂堵剂前后对钻井液性能及对岩心渗透率恢复值的影响,并在该区20口井次进行了现场试验。结果表明:多级架桥暂堵材料对井浆性能影响小,所用的多级架桥暂堵钻井完井液室内岩心渗透率恢复值达80%以上,平均储层岩心渗透率恢复率由实施前的65%提高至84.5%,具有较好的储层保护效果。

Abstract:As a fracture-pore reservoir, the Longwangmiao Formation in the Moxi-Gaoshiti structure, Sichuan Basin, has great development potentials. Previous studies suggest that the reservoir is vulnerable to alkali sensitivity, water lock and the damage of solid particles. Therefore, through an analysis of the characteristics of the Longwangmiao Fm reservoir, potential damage factors for the reservoir were evaluated, including water sensitivity, alkali sensitivity, velocity sensitivity and stress sensitivity. According to the multi-peak distribution theory of contribution rates to pore throat permeability, the multi-stage bridge plugging reservoir protection technology was proposed. Through lab experiments, an optimal formulation of multi-stage bridge temporary-plugging drilling completion fluid was identified. In addition, impacts of the multi-stage bridge plugging agent on drilling fluid properties and core permeability recovery rate were evaluated. This agent was applied in 20 wells in the field. The results show that the multi-stage bridge temporary-plugging agent has minor impacts on the performance of drilling fluids with lab core permeability recovery rates of more than 80%, and average permeability recovery rates of reservoir cores increased from 65% to 84.5%. In summary, this agent has a better performance of reservoir protection.
