复合煤层露天矿下部煤层开采境界优化

摘    要:通过理论分析与计算,研究近水平复合煤层露天矿剥、采、排程序对经济剥采比的影响,提出了复合煤层露天矿下部煤层开采境界的优化方法。分析了露天矿经济剥采比的影响因素,建立了复合煤层露天矿剥、采、排工程位置模型,构建了下部煤层及其覆盖物厚度拟合函数,揭示了下部煤层开采境界与开采成本的关系,研究开采下部煤层经济剥采比的优化确定方法。在神华宝日希勒露天煤矿进行了实践,结果表明:此方法能够使近水平复合煤层露天矿下部煤层得到经济合理地回采,实现矿床开采的经济效益最大化。

Optimization of mining limits of deep-seated coal seams in multi-seams surface coal mine
Abstract:With the study of the influence on economic stripping ratio from stripping,mining and dumping procedure in multi-flat coal seams surface mine,the authors proposed an optimization method of deep-seated coal seam mining limits in multi-seams surface coal mine based on theoretical calculation and analysis.The paper analyzed the influence factors of economic stripping ratio,develop the model of stripping,mining and dumping in a multi-seams surface coal mine,built a thickness fitting function of deep-seated coal seam and its overlying rock strata,revealed the relationship between deep-seated coal seam mining limits and mining cost,and studied the optimization method of deep-seated coal seams economic stripping ratio.The method was applied in Shenhua Baorixile surface coal mine.The results show that this method enables the deep-seated coal seam to be economically and reasonably mined,achieves a maximum economic benefit in mining operation.
