低速重载工况下润滑介质对齿轮材料滚动疲劳的影响

摘    要:根据实际工况简化实验模型并计算确定实验参数,选用20CrMnTi齿轮钢摩擦副在M-2000A摩擦磨损试验机上,并结合实时动态观察磨损形貌和在线监测温度2种手段,开展不同黏度润滑介质工况下20CrMnTi齿轮钢的滚滑摩擦疲劳失效机理研究。结果表明:L-CKD320油摩擦因数、磨损量及温度最小,润滑效果最好;L-CKD150油润滑时摩擦因数、磨损量及温度最大,润滑效果最差;L-CKD150油润滑下,疲劳剥落占主导;L-CKD320油润滑下,点蚀、黏着磨损占主导。

Effect of lubricating mediumon rolling tribo-fatigue of gear materials inlow speed heavy-dutyconditions
Abstract:The transmission gears of shearer’s cutting unit are important components,which bear low-speed,heavy-duty,strong impact and vibration.Low speed heavy-duty gear is the easiest failure part and the 20CrMnTi steel is one of the most commonly used materials.In order to reproduce its service condition during practical production process and simplify the experimental model as well as calculate the experiment parameters,the wear fatigue failure mechanism of low speed heavy-duty gear was studied by M-2000A friction and wear instrument,which was combined with the real-time observation of dynamic topography and online temperature monitoring.At the same time,this experiment studied on the failure mechanism of the 20CrMnTi gear steel in rolling tribo-fatigue tests under different lubrication mediums and different lubrication conditions.It turned out that the lubrication effect of L-CKD320 oil was the best with the smallest friction coefficient,wear loss and friction temperature.On the contrary,the lubrication effect of L-CKD150 oil was the worst with the largest friction coefficient,wear loss and friction temperature.The main tribo-fatigue mechanisms were fatigue spalling under the L-CKD150 oil lubrication and were slight adhesive wear and fatigue pitting under the L-CKD320 oil lubrication.
