摘 要: | 为了研究受限空间内二氧化碳-超细水雾对甲烷爆炸的影响,通过自行设计的120mm×120mm×840mm半封闭透明的甲烷爆炸实验台,开展不同气雾比二氧化碳-超细水雾对化学当量比甲烷-空气预混气体的抑爆研究。实验结果表明:二氧化碳和超细水雾结合的抑爆效果要优于单独使用任何一种抑制剂效果之和;CO2体积分数一定的情况下,甲烷气体的爆炸压力、压升速率和爆炸火焰的传播速度均随着超细水雾体积量的增加而明显减小。当单独加入体积分数为2%CO2和1.4mL超细水雾时,两种工况下压力峰值下降之和为72.3mbar;而在两者共同作用下,9.5%甲烷爆炸的超压峰值下降了92.95mbar,说明二氧化碳-超细水雾抑制甲烷爆炸时具有协同效应。

Experimental study on methane explosion suppression using carbon dioxide and ultra-fine water mist |

Abstract: | In order to research the influence of carbon dioxide and ultra-fine water mist on methane explosion in limit space, a semi-confined transparent chamber was designed with the size of 120mm×120mm×840mm, and the explosion suppression experiment about the effect of different aerosol ratio carbon dioxide and ultra-fine water mist on stoichiometric methane-air premixed mixture was studied. The experimental results show that: the explosion suppression effect of the combine of carbon dioxide and ultra-fine water mist was better than it of any inhibitor alone. Under a certain volume fraction of carbon dioxide, explosion overpressure,pressure rise rate and explosion flame propagation velocity obviously decreased with the increase of volume content of the ultra-fine water mist .When singly adding 2% carbon dioxide or 1.4mL ultra-fine water mist, the sum of overpressure peak value decrement of the two conditions was 72.3mbar; when adding them together, the overpressure peak value decrement was 97.95mbar. The results indicate that the synergistic effect of carbon dioxide and ultra-fine water mist on methane explosion is exist. |
