基于温和热解的低阶煤热解半焦成浆性能研究

摘    要:为研究半焦成浆性能的影响因素,模拟工业生产中煤炭热解外热式直立炭化炉,组装煤炭低温热解实验装置对低阶煤进行热解。用煤的成浆实验法研究温和热解条件(400~800℃)下低阶煤热解半焦的成浆性能及其影响因素,并用Origin软件建立低阶煤热解半焦成浆性能数学模型。结果表明:热解条件对不同煤种热解半焦的成浆性能的影响存在差异。半焦的空气干燥基水分Mad,sc与其成浆性能呈明显的负相关关系,是影响半焦成浆性能的关键因素;半焦挥发分、C/H与其成浆性能总体上呈负相关关系,是影响半焦成浆性能的次要因素。拟合得到低阶煤热解半焦成浆性能的数学模型,其复相关系数R=0.905 7。通过云南褐煤、甘肃长焰煤、新疆褐煤热解半焦成浆性能试验,验证了上述低阶煤热解半焦成浆性能数学模型的正确性。

Research on the slurry ability of semi-coke from low rank coal pyrolysis under mild conditions
Abstract:In order to study the effect factors of semi-coke slurry ability,an integrated experimental apparatus for low temperature coal pyrolysis was built to simulate the pyrolysis process of low rank coal in externally heated upright carbide furnace.The slurry ability and the corresponding effecting factors of low rank coal semi-coke under mild pyrolysis condition (400-800 ℃) were investigated using slurry performance experiment.The mathematical model of the slurry ability of semi-coke from low rank coal pyrolysis was established through Origin software.Experimental results indicate that the effects of pyrolysis conditions on slurry ability of semi-coke varied with coal type.There are an obviously negative correlation between the air dried basis moisture of semi-coke (Mad,sc) and the slurry ability,thus Mad,sc could be viewed as a key factor for evaluating slurry ability.In general,the volatile content and the C/H ratio of semi-coke are negatively correlated with slurry ability,thus,these two factors are minor factors.The mathematical model of the slurry ability of semi-coke from low rank coal pyrolysis is obtained,which the multiple correlation coefficient is R=0.905 7.The availability of this model was confirmed by the slurry performance experiment of semi-coke from Yunnan and Xinjiang lignite and Gansu bituminous coal.The research findings have an important theoretical significance and application value for predicting the slurry ability of semi-coke and the preparation of high efficiency semi-coke water slurry.
