摘    要:在对某单层工业厂房倒塌现场调查的基础上,对厂房倒塌破坏特征进行描述,对材料力学性能及构件尺寸进行检测,采用有限元方法对刚架结构倒塌过程进行数值模拟,并计算恒载和屋面活载(雪荷载)作用下的内力,分析厂房倒塌的原因。模拟分析结果与现场调查情况吻合良好,并分析了钢结构优化设计、先进工艺和下限抽查验收可能对结构安全性、鲁棒性造成的不利影响,获得了一些有意义的启示。

COLLAPSE SIMULATION AND ROBUSTNESS ANALYSIS OF A CERTAIN ONE-STORY STEEL INDUSTRIAL FACTORY BUILDING DURING SNOW DISASTER
Abstract:Based on the spot investigation of a certain one-story steel industrial factory building collapsed during snow disaster,the damage state of the structural members in the building was described in detail,and the material mechanical performance and member dimension were measured. The collapse process was simulated by means of finite element method,and the internal forces and stresses of the steel frames under dead loads and live loads were calculated,in order to obtain the collapse causes of the steel industrial factory building. The numeral simulation analytic result agrees well with the result of spot investigation. It is analyzed the adverse effects on steel structural safety and robustness which may be brought out by optimum design method,advanced rolling technology and checking by low limit of random inspection. Some significant inspiration has been obtained.
